1) If I come in and purchase the item do I get a discount for shipping? 

Of course! We offer shipping discounts when our customers do local pick up. Just ask and we can tell you the price difference if you're local!

2) Are you open to public and what are your hours?

Yes we are open to public Monday-Friday from 9 to 5. Anybody can come by during our business hours to pick up parts or ask questions.

3) Do you offer returns on your used parts?

We want to make sure you're happy with the parts you purchase so we offer 30 day returns and a 60 day warranty on our items. For a full refund in the 30 day return period the item must come back unaltered in the same way it left our facility.

4) What's the best way to see what cars you're currently parting out?

5) Is international shipping available if I'm outside the U.S.?

Just reach out to us and we'd be happy to provide you with an international shipping quote.
